Companion Home Careis seeking an experienced and detail-orientedAccounts Administratorto join our Finance Team on a part-time basis.
This is a hands-on role where accuracy matters, initiative is valued, and your work directly supports our mission of helping older Western Australians live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial administration of the business, including:
Accounts receivable processing, invoicing, and reconciliations
Accounts payable processing and supplier management
Raising and managing purchase orders
Support at Home funding administration and reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
Assisting with month-end reporting and account reconciliations
Responding to finance-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Providing administrative and reporting support to the Finance Manager




This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, works proactively, and has a strong eye for detail.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
2–3 years' experience in accounts administration, finance, bookkeeping, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using accounting software (Xero experience highly regarded)
Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Full Australian working rights
Experience within aged care, health care, disability services, or community services will be highly regarded but is not essential.
