The Opportunity
We are seeking a workshop technician / all-rounder (diesel, LV, mobile) responsible for conducting servicing and repairs on a wide range of mobile plant & equipment.
Based out of our workshop in Bibra Lake, you will become a part of our highly valuable team, performing scheduled maintenance & general workshop and yard hand work.
Responsibilities
Conduct servicing and repairs on a wide range of mobile plant & equipment, including light vehicles and additional site gear – EWPs, forklifts, and more
Perform pre-start checks on workshop equipment including forklifts, cranes, and vehicles
Operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting/access equipment
Support trades with servicing, repairs, and general workshop tasks
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Complete non-trade tasks as required to support the team
What are we looking for?
Certificate III in Automotive, Mobile Plant, or Heavy Diesel Mechanic is ideal
A current 'C' Class Driver's Licence (HR is a bonus)
Forklift licence (current)
Experience using metalworking tools and workshop equipment
Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
