About The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the planning superintendent is responsible for leading the maintenance planning, scheduling, and SAP master data governance functions to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the Greenbushes processing facilities.
The role ensures optimal performance of key plant assets including crushing, grinding (ball mills), dense media separation (DMS), flotation circuits, and utilities, while embedding best practices aligned with Asset Management standards.

Trade qualification or Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / equivalent)Postgraduate qualifications in Asset Management (desirable)Planning Superintendent experience across mineral processing plantsStrong knowledge of Crushing, grinding (ball mills), flotation & DMSAdvanced experience with SAP PM and master data systemsProven leadership of planning or maintenance teamsUnderstanding of ISO ************* asset management principles
