This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, providing tax advice, and building relationships.
Rather than spending your time preparing returns from start to finish, your focus will be speaking with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending our services.
Our dedicated support team will handle the preparation and administration, allowing you to focus on higher-value client work.
What You'll Be Doing
Speaking with new and existing clients about their tax and accounting needs.
Providing professional tax advice and explaining our services.
Building trust with clients and converting enquiries into ongoing engagements.
Reviewing completed tax returns prepared by our support team when required.
Ensuring work meets Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements and professional standards.
Working closely with our internal team to provide a seamless client experience.
How We Work
Your primary focus is client communication, tax advice, and relationship management.
Our experienced support team handles tax return preparation, administration, and document collection.
You'll oversee the quality of work and provide skilled guidance where needed.
Fully remote with flexible working arrangements.
What We're Looking For




Experience preparing and reviewing Australian individual and business tax returns.
Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation and ATO requirements.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence speaking with clients and explaining tax matters in simple terms.
A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
Experience using Australian accounting and tax software.
Nice to Have
CA or CPA qualification (or currently working towards one).
Experience in public practice.
Familiarity with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, XPM, FYI, or similar software.
Experience working with remote teams.
