Your Role
Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customersAssist customers with phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely mannerSupport and attend a diverse customer base in providing product & technical supportPerform repair work on Agricultural driveline product as requiredAssist with supporting field day events
What You Need




Experience in the Agricultural sector will be advantageous Ability to take the lead in delivering sales growthStrong technical skills and problem solvingExperience in customer service in a retail / trade environmentAbility to engage with people and build good customer rapportComputer literacy, experience using Pronto would be advantageous
