We're working with a private practice in Melbourne that has built a strong adult-focused service across functional assessments, rehab, and NDIS work — with a transparent focus on quality and clinician wellbeing.
What The Work Actually Looks Like
Adult-only caseload (no paediatrics unless you request it)
A mix of functional capacity assessments, home visits, and ongoing therapy
Time to think, plan, and write reports without staying back late
Flexibility between clinic-based and community work
