Mentoring and capacity building
Clinical and complex care
Community participation and social support
Psychosocial disability support
LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive support
Dementia-specific care

About You
You are someone who:
Is compassionate, reliable, and person-centred.
Can build strong, professional relationships with participants.
Is confident supporting people with varying levels of support needs.
Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Works well independently while also being part of a supportive team.
Is committed to promoting participant choice, dignity, independence, and inclusion.
Essential Requirements
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Aged Care,



or another relevant qualification in support or community work
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working With Children Check (where applicable)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Manual Handling Certificate
Medication Administration competency (preferred for relevant roles)
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
Current National Police Check (if required)
