We are seeking an experiencedHSEQT Advisorto join the team atMount Carlton Mineon a7 days on / 7 days off DIDO roster.
Working within a brownfields mining operation, you will partner closely with leaders and crews to drive compliance, risk management, training, auditing and continuous improvement initiatives across site.
About the Role This is a hands-on, operational role where you'll spend time in the field supporting supervisors and employees, ensuring safety systems are embedded into daily activities.
You'll play a key role in maintaining site compliance, conducting audits and investigations, facilitating training, and promoting a strong safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
Support and promote HSEQT systems and initiatives across site
Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
Coordinate and deliver inductions, toolbox talks and training
Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
Maintain compliance and training documentation
Provide practical HSE advice to operational teams
Monitor compliance against company and legislative requirements
Support continuous improvement and change management activities
About YouPrevious HSE experience within mining, civil, resources or heavy industry
Robust understanding of WHS legislation and risk management
Experience conducting audits, inspections and investigations
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships
Strong administration and reporting skills
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or similar qualification preferred
