We pride ourselves on our customer service and our drive to ensure we maintain long lasting relationships with customers.
About the role:
We are looking for someone detail oriented with great time management skills to join our in-house parts department.
The purpose of this role is to order and supply our workshop with parts for vehicles we have in for repair, to procure, pick and organise parts for our fuel room technicians to rebuild components and to assist our service manager with pricing and availability of parts.
Along with the above, the role also requires reordering of our day-to-day workshop consumables.
There is a small amount of counter sales that arise during the day-to-day business.
The goal is to organise and prioritise, so the workshop always has a steady flow of parts coming through.
Day to day tasks include:
Adding parts to job cards in our inventory system (NOVA)
Obtaining price and availability from suppliers
Ordering parts both locally and internationally
Liaising via phone and email with suppliers and customers
Ticking off parts that come in
Organising parts into tubs ready for relevant jobs
Re-ordering consumables
Liaising with freight companies on incoming and outgoing orders
About you:

You're diligent, organised and prefer to work alone at a measured pace, following your own plan.
One of your key strengths is understanding procedures so that you can assist in creating systems that improve efficiency.
You pay close attention to detail and while you understand the importance of procedure, you can think laterally and find the best way to ensure the customer has the best level of service.
What can we provide:
We offer a secure long-term position with the ability to move throughout the company.
We will provide any necessary in-house training to get you up to speed with the programs we utilise and the procedures we currently have in place.

Exceptional organisation skills
Automotive knowledge would be advantageous
Stable transport to and from work
High drive to learn and master new skills
