What you will do
Lead, motivate and inspire your team
Actively drive your team to achieve and exceed store sales budgets and KPI's
Staff rostering
Visual merchandising
Stock management and loss prevention
Foster a positive team environment through training and development

What you will need
+2 years experience in a retail leadership role with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and mentor a team to reach their full potential
Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment
Available to work 38 hours per week over a 5 day roster
