? WHAT IS THE TRAINEE PROGRAM?
This is a structured pathway where wetrain the right peopleto become skilled Garden & Lawn Team Members.
You'll be paid while learning practical skills such as:
Lawn mowing & edging
Whipper snippers, blowers & brush cutters
Hedging & pruning
Weed control & garden tidy-ups
Mulching & green waste handling
Ride-on and push mowers
Basic chainsaw awareness (advanced progression later)
Professional customer service standards
Efficient work systems and teamwork

You must have:
✅ Australian citizen or permanent resident status
✅Australian manual driver's licence (mandatory)
✅ Reliable vehicle to get to work and meet on site when required
✅ Minimum12-month commitment
✅ Willingness to learn and be coached
✅ First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
✅ Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)

Start:6:30am
Finish:4:30pm
Monday to Friday
Available Positions:
1️⃣ Four-Day PositionWork 4 set days per week
2️⃣ Two to Three Day Shift PositionWork 2–3 set days per week

Full pay while training
Base hourly Award rate from day one
