Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead from the front and bring energy, personality, and consistency to our guest experience across restaurant, bar, poolside, and events.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide and support the team on shift, help drive service standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the relaxed spirit of the resort.
You'll play a key role in building team culture, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, poolside and eventsMotivate, support and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest serviceAssist with rostering, recruitment,



onboarding and payroll processesWork closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless service deliveryMaintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service qualityManage guest feedback with professionalism and careSupport stock control, ordering and inventory management
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel, resort or similar environmentCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateStrong leadership, communication and team-building skillsHands-on, guest-focused approach with attention to detailAbility to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environmentFlexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays
