You'll partner with operational leaders across Australia to deliver end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of production, technical, professional and leadership roles.

About the role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll take ownership of talent acquisition across our Minerals business while helping us continually improve how we attract, engage and recruit great people.
This is a genuine business partnering role where you'll work alongside operational leaders to understand workforce needs, provide trusted recruitment advice and deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.
A significant part of your portfolio will involve recruiting high-volume production and laboratory employees to support our operational workforce.
You'll also recruit technical specialists, professionals and leaders across multiple locations throughout Australia.




You'll be supported by external recruitment partners where appropriate for specialist, executive or peak recruitment requirements, allowing you to focus on building talent pipelines, strengthening our employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple Australian locations.
Recruiting high-volume operational and production employees, including laboratory and sample preparation roles.
Recruiting technical specialists, professionals, supervisors and managers.
Partnering with leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines for critical roles.
Writing engaging advertisements and managing recruitment campaigns.
Conducting behavioural interviews and candidate assessments.
Managing offers, employment contracts and onboarding.
Working collaboratively with external recruitment partners where additional support or specialist expertise is required.
Providing market intelligence and trusted recruitment advice to hiring managers.
Driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes and the candidate experience.
Supporting employer branding,



graduate and traineeship initiatives.
