Role Description The Commercial Signage Project Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Beverley, SA.
This role oversees signage projects from initial brief through to installation and completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and met.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, suppliers, and installation teams, preparing project plans, managing approvals, and tracking progress.
The Project Manager will handle quotations, budgeting, and contract requirements, while monitoring quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
The role also involves resolving project issues, maintaining accurate documentation,



and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in signage experienceCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret project requirements, assess risks, and optimize schedules and resources.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external contractors, and to produce clear written documentation.Candidates should possess Budgeting and Finance skills to prepare accurate quotes, monitor project costs, and support profitable project delivery.Candidates should possess Contract Management skills to review terms, manage variations, and ensure compliance with agreements and regulatory standards.Relevant experience in commercial signage, construction, shopfitting, or related project management environments is beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are highly valued.Proficiency with project management software, office productivity tools, and basic design or CAD familiarity is an advantage.A qualification in project management, construction, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
