Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
You will be a Selling Sales manager with industry or similar experience.
Expected sales of 15 per month initially and increase that with increased staff in ****.




Manage new and used vehicle sales from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.
Management of trading stock and process management for preparation of sold vehicles
Collaborate closely with Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and Administration departments to ensure smooth dealership operations.
Assist in vehicle valuations and negotiations with customers and sales staff.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
Oversee staff rosters and contribute to developing a high-performing team culture.
Manage aspects of Marketing, including website inventory, demonstrator management, social media, events and activations.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a sales management or senior sales role, within the automotive industry.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A professional, motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency with dealership systems and Microsoft Office.
Reliable, dependable, and willing to take ownership of outcomes.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Online advertising skills.
Dealership experience is favourable.
Exposure to Revolution / TUNE DMS is an advantage.
