Housekeeper – Private Coastal Residence

About the Role
Must have background insuperyacht or private estate cleaningexperience and be a proactiveHousekeeper/ Cleaner to oversee the property.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting and takes genuine pride in their work.
This isnot your average cleaning role— it requires a resilient, self-motivated professional who understands the demands of supporting a busy entrepreneur and their family.
The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, be highly reliable and be able to work efficiently in a high-standard environment.
Housekeeping & Laundry
Perform a full daily clean of the residence in accordance with detailed checklists
Make and maintain all beds to a high standard
Manage all household laundry, including washing, folding, ironing and sorting dry cleaning
Grocery Shopping & Stock Control
Maintain household inventory, ensuring all essential items are consistently stocked
Undertake regular grocery shopping and restocking as required
Travel Preparation
Prepare and pack for travel using detailed checklists
Ensure all items are organised appropriately for various destinations and durations
Outdoor Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front and back decks
Manage household bins, including collection and upkeep
Coordination & Communication




Work closely with the Owner's Personal Assistant
Act as the key on-site contact to ensure seamless day-to-day household operations
About You
Experienced:History in private estates and/or superyachts
Autonomous:Able to follow checklists and work independently without supervision.
Organised & Efficient:A natural systems thinker who loves structure, order, and attention to detail.
Resilient & Adaptable:Calm under pressure, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
Trustworthy & Discreet:Police Check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) required.
Physically Fit:Capable of lifting groceries, laundry baskets, and performing active tasks throughout the day.
Driver's Licence & Vehicle:Required for getting to and from the property, errands and occasional off-site tasks.
What We Offer
Stable, long-term employment with a respectful and professional household
High hourly rate of $65/hr (Must have a ABN) – reflecting the quality and trust expected in the role
A clear system with run sheets and routines to support your success
3- days per week- Mon, Wed, Friday 8am to 2/3pm
