Your Mission:

What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver responsiveL1–L2 supportacross desktops, systems, telephony, mobile devices, and AV systems.
Administer user accounts, security policies, and configurations viaActive DirectoryandMicrosoft 365.
Manage Exchange, Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager, and MDM platforms.
Troubleshootnetwork issues, hardware faults, and software bugs with precision and speed.
Monitor and escalate cybersecurity threats, ensuring asecuredigital environment.
Collaborate on IT projects, audits, and continuousimprovementinitiatives.

Who You Are:




A tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for user support and system reliability.
Experienced in help desk/service desk environments and enterprise IT tools.
Skilled in troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.
Cyber-aware and proactive about security best practices.
A team player who thrives in collaborative, service-oriented environments.
Must-Haves:
Tertiary qualification in IT (Cert IV, Diploma or Degree).
SA Driver's Licence.
DHS Working with Children Check.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
