JML Trades is growing, and we're looking for experienced Roofers and Roof Plumbers to join our Canberra team.

This is a hands-on role working across residential and commercial roofing projects & repairs.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with customers and enjoys solving problems and providing preventative maintenance solutions.
You'll never be expected to cold-call customers or generate your own leads.
Our office team keeps your schedule full so you can focus on delivering quality roofing solutions.
$45 to $65 per hour, based on experience and sales capabilities
What You'll Be Doing
Every day brings something different, including:
Roof restorations
Roof repairs and leak investigations
Roof replacements
Gutter and down pipe replacement
Flashings and metal roofing
Storm damage and insurance repairs
Residential and commercial maintenance
Roof inspections and condition reports
Providing customers with practical roofing solutions
Preparing quotations for recommended works
Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service
Earnings & Benefits
$45 to $65 per hour, based on experience and sales capability + Super
Competitive hourly rate based on experience

What We're Looking ForYou will have:
Roofing or Roof Plumbing experience
Previous track record for in providing quotes and recommendations
Current White Card
Working at Heights Certification
Australian Driver's Licence
Strong communication skills
Pride in your workmanship
The ability to inspect roofs, identify defects and recommend practical solutions
Confidence preparing quotations
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience with roofing restoration and maintenance is a must.
