Enex Engineering is a CNC machining and engineering business based in Malaga, Perth.
We service customers across manufacturing, transport, mining, heavy haulage, repair, and general engineering industries.
We are looking for a reliable and organisedOffice & Sales Coordinatorto support our daily office operations, customer communication, quote follow-up, invoicing, purchase orders, and spare-parts enquiries.
This is initially apart-time role, Monday to Friday from8:00am to 1:00pm, with the potential to becomefull-time in the near futurefor the right person as the business continues to grow.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a mix of administration, customer service, sales support, and practical business operations.
About the role
Your duties will include:
Answering phone calls and customer emails
Preparing and following up customer quotes
Following up new customer enquiries
Assisting with job paperwork, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoices
Assisting with Xero administration
Supporting spare-parts enquiries and customer follow-up
Maintaining customer records and job information
Helping improve customer communication and response time
Following up overdue invoices and outstanding paperwork
Supporting management with daily office tasks
Assisting with general office organisation
About you




We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual, and well organised
Confident speaking with customers by phone and email
Able to follow up tasks without being reminded constantly
Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
Good with detail, paperwork, and customer records
Able to work in a small business environment
Professional, honest, and easy to work with
Willing to learn about CNC machining, engineering, and spare parts
Experience withXero, administration, customer service, sales support, manufacturing, engineering, transport, spare parts, or trade-based businesseswould be highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right person.

$32–$35 per hour + super, depending on experience
