About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role in driving the success of our Karratha branch.
Reporting directly to theKarratha Branch Manager, the Branch Supervisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that both customer service and operational objectives are consistently achieved.
You will be responsible for supervising front and back-of-house operations, motivating the team, and maintaining service excellence.
This role requires a hands-on, solutions-oriented leader with a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the optimal fleet mix within the branch to meet customer and business demands
Drive rental utilisation, sales performance, and service delivery to achieve branch targets
Proactively resolve day-to-day staffing and rostering issues
Complete branch reporting, reconciliation, and compliance requirements as needed




Foster and supervise a positive, productive working environment that promotes collaboration and team engagement
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
A confident, positive, and proactive leadership style with the ability to take ownership of branch operations at a supervisory level
Previous experience in car and/or truck rental (preferred but not essential)
A desire to work in a hands-on operational role, actively supporting both customers and team members
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and guide staff in both sales and service delivery
A proven ability to exceed customer expectations, delivering a high-quality rental experience
A competitive mindset, with a passion for teamwork and achieving results beyond sales targets
A current unrestricted driver's licence (MR licence preferred)
