About the role
We're currently seeking reliableWarehouse Operators and Process Workersfor multiple opportunities with established manufacturing businesses around Welshpool.
These are hands-on roles offering ongoing work with immediate starts available.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, picking, packing and dispatching stock
Operating machinery and production equipment
Using hand tools such as table saw and guillotine
Loading, unloading and general warehouse duties
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
Supporting production, assembly and manufacturing processes
About You
Previous experience insteel, manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environments
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling




Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Safety-conscious with good attention to detail
Must have a Forklift Licence (LF)
Experience operating machinery or hand tools is an advantage
