Operations Coordinator (Full time) – Malaga, WA
Pinnacle Travel Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team in Malaga.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our daily transport operations run safely, efficiently and on schedule.

About the Role
Based at our Malaga head office, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily transport operations, driver allocations and service delivery across our growing fleet.
Working closely with the Operations team, drivers, reservations, clients and stakeholders, you'll ensure services operate efficiently while maintaining compliance with fatigue management, transport legislation and company procedures.
This is a hands-on operational role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily transport operations and support overall service delivery
Prepare driver schedules to maximise operational efficiency
Conduct daily driver briefings
Allocate drivers and vehicles in accordance with Fatigue Management requirements
Monitor vehicle movements using GPS and communication systems
Respond to operational issues and implement practical solutions
Liaise with clients to ensure service expectations are met
Work closely with the Reservations team regarding bookings and service requirements
Process driver timesheets
Maintain accurate operational and compliance records
Promote a strong safety culture across the operation
About You
You'll be organised, adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
Ideally you'll bring:
Previous experience in transport, logistics or workforce scheduling
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Sound problem solving and decision making skills
Confidence working independently and within a team
High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
A reliable, professional and positive attitude
Experience within the passenger transport or tourism industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Software Experience
Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn:
Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level)
Coach Manager
VMS
CustomLinc (or similar booking / scheduling software)

Availability
Due to the nature of our operations, this position requires availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
