ACCOUNTS/PAYROLL OFFICER (CASUAL) – BELMONT WA

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Accounts/Payroll Officer to join our team at our Belmont office.
This casual role requires availability every Monday and Tuesday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
About the Role
This position is ideal for an experienced accounts professional looking for consistent part-time hours within a supportive and friendly environment.
You will be responsible for payroll processing and general accounts administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Processing fortnightly payroll
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations
General bookkeeping and administrative duties
Maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with end-of-month reporting as required
Essential Requirements




Minimum 2–3 years experience in Accounts and Payroll
Strong working knowledge of MYOB
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills
