Powell Motor Group is a proudly family-owned dealership representing LDV, Mahindra, KGM, Foton and Lepas, together with one of Tasmania's largest pre-owned vehicle operations.
We're seeking an experienced Aftersales Leader to drive performance across our Service Department by improving productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability while leading and developing a high-performing team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will lead the Aftersales operation with responsibility for:
Driving workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability
Monitoring daily KPIs including labour recovery, WIP and open repair orders
Leading and developing Service Advisors, Technicians and department leaders
Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI)
Managing warranty compliance and manufacturer standards
Building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll use data to make informed decisions and drive daily performance improvements.
About You
You will bring:
Previous experience as a Service Manager,



Aftersales Manager or Fixed Operations Manager
A proven track record of improving workshop performance and profitability
Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
Sound commercial and financial acumen
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience within a franchised dealership environment
