The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of major commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, while providing leadership and guidance to project teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the successful delivery of commercial construction projects, managing programme, budget, procurement, quality, and contractual outcomes




Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Mentoring Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and site teams throughout project delivery
Working closely with the Directors to support project planning and business objectives
Driving collaboration across internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes
Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and operational performance

Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Senior Project Manager or experienced Project Manager
Experience across commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or multi-storey residential developments
Strong commercial and contractual management capability
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop others
