Join our friendly team at Kingsley Aged Care home as a
Casual Kitchen Hand, where you'll help create a
welcoming dining experience for our residents.
With multiple casual
roles available, applicants must be available to work from
*****am to 2.00pm across the week.
About You
Possess a passion for or previous experience working as a
Kitchen Hand, ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar
environment
Have a 'can do' attitude and a genuine compassion for our
residents
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a
team
Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police
Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
The Role
Ensuring responsible work practices of food preparation,
kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ensuring required ingredients are available daily
Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals
Maintaining all utensils, equipment, work benches and




general surrounds in a clean and protected condition
Collecting and washing pots, pans, crockery and
cutlery
