Position 1 – Security Team Leader (Level 3)
This is aworking leadership rolecombining operational security work with workforce rostering and coordination responsibilities.
Typical Structure
• 3–4 operationalnight shifts per week
• 1 - 2 administration day
Operational duties involvehotel security and mobile patrol operations across the Gold Coast.
Pay & Employment Options
The role may be offered as:
Permanent Part-Time – Level 3 (Preferred)
Casual – Level 3
Casual rates include25% loading plus applicable night and weekend penalty rates.
The successful applicant may alsoelect to pick up additional operational shifts, allowing total hours to increaseup to approximately 38 hours per week where required.
Responsibilities
• Staff rostering and shift allocation
• Managing sick calls and shift replacements
• Supporting operational security staff
• Working operationalhotel security and mobile patrol shifts
• Maintaining compliance with licensing and operational standards

Essential
• CurrentQLD Security Licence
Highly regarded
•NSW Security Licence
(NSW licensing is beneficial as part of our operational deployment structure.)




Position 2 – Security Officers (Level 1)
EPS is also seeking professionalSecurity Officersto support our operational contracts in Kingscliff and on the Gold Coast.
Duties Include
•Hotel security operations
•Mobile patrol security
• Night shift patrols and incident response
• Maintaining site security and reporting
