About the role
Swan Active Midland is seeking a Cleaning & Operations Team Member to join our team on a Fixed term full-time basis for a period of 12 months.
(Part time may be considered).
Reporting to the Aquatics and Operations Supervisor, the Cleaning & Operations Team Member will have the important responsibility of maintaining our facilities to the highest standard.
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to;
Clean fixed and loose furniture and fittings
Clean office and public spaces, including but not limited to floors, amenities, windows and walls
Set up/pack down booking in meeting rooms and sports courts
Act upon and/or report any safety or maintenance issues
Engage with members of the community that use the facility
About you
The successful candidate will have the following:
A satisfactory National Police Certificate
Current Senior First Aid Certificate (desirable)
Experience in industry (desirable but not essential)
Awareness in the safe handling, storage, and use of various cleaning products and chemicals used in a commercial facility
Previous venue and/or commercial cleaning roles and responsibilities (desirable but not essential)
Ability to engage and provide customer service

The salaryfor this position will be from $55,****** to $60,****** per annum, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
