Role Description This temporary on-site role, based in Adelaide, SA, is for a Monday.com Specialist who will support and optimise the adoption and implementation of the Monday.com platform.
The specialist will be responsible for configuring boards and workflows, setting up automations and integrations, and ensuring data is accurate, secure, and accessible.
Day-to-day tasks include consulting with internal stakeholders to understand process needs, translating requirements into efficient Monday.com solutions, and documenting standards and best practices.
The role will also involve troubleshooting user issues, providing training and guidance to staff,



and preparing reports or dashboards that support project tracking and organisational decision-making.
The specialist will collaborate with teams across the Group to improve efficiency and support delivery of health and research initiatives.
QualificationsStrong proficiency in Monday.com administration, including board design, workflow configuration, automations, and integrations.Experience in process mapping and improvement, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.Solid skills in data management and reporting, including building dashboards, tracking key metrics, and ensuring data quality.Capability to train and support users, develop clear documentation, and communicate technical concepts in accessible language.Professional experience in project coordination or operations within not-for-profit, healthcare, or research environments is beneficial.Solid analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.Ability to work collaboratively on-site with diverse teams in Adelaide, SA, and uphold the organisation's values and inclusive culture.Relevant qualifications or training in information systems, project management, business analysis, or a related field are desirable.
