Warradale Bistro Manager
The Renowned Warradale Hotel is looking for a Bistro Manager to lead a dedicated team.

The Warradale Hotel is one part of the Palmer Hospitality Group, with a portfolio of hospitality assets, including 2KW Bar & Restaurant, The Highway, Morphett Arms Hotel, AGSA_eats, Paloma Bar & Pantry, arkhé, and Two Wells Tavern and Commercial.
The Role
This is a senior position where you will be responsible for the overall running of the Bistro as well as ongoing training and developing the Bistro team's finesse to the next level.
Working with a dedicated and experienced team, the successful applicant:
Has previous experience in supervising or managing a Bistro, Dining Room or Restaurant
Hands on leadership style




Strong food and beverage knowledge
Capability to train and develop the team including holding regular staff training sessions
Superior attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Professional and well presented
Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with all guests
Has a genuine passion for hospitality
