About The Role
We're looking for a passionate and driven Managers to lead our teams at our stores across Adelaide!
In this leadership role, you'll take charge of the day-to-day operations, coach and develop your team, and drive the store to success.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIsFoster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoringMonitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvementOversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standardsManage rostering and control wage costs efficientlyEnsure compliance with health and safety protocolsSupport succession planning and team development to grow future leaders
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environmentStrong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindsetExcellent communication and team development skillsDemonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performanceExperience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandisingPassion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
