Seeking a commercially-minded and technically strongFinancial Accountantto join our team.
Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, this pivotal role takes full ownership of the end-to-end finance function.
Play a key part in driving the integrity of financial reporting, compliance, and business support across the group.
Responsibilities
Full responsibility for month-end close, statutory reporting, and group submissions.
Manage payroll, tax compliance, and audit requirements.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
Provide financial insights and decision support to sales, marketing, operations, and the CEO on commercial matters.
Drive systems and process improvements to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with group policies and accounting standards.
Contribute to ad hoc strategic initiatives and projects as required by the CFO or CEO.
About you
CA, CPA, or ACCA qualified with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience, ideally within a multi-entity or subsidiary structure.




Robust technical grounding in financial control, compliance, tax, and payroll.
Highly proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Commercially astute, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and influence operational stakeholders.
Hands-on and detail-oriented, but capable of stepping back to drive improvement.
Experience with Pronto, or similar ERP systems will be highly regarded.
