Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Regular cleaning of guest rooms, apartments and public areas
Capability to walk to various apartments around the mountain in all weather conditions
Safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, as per the manufacturer specifications and procedures
Correctly follow workplace safety guidelines
Complete cleans and services within the provided timeframes, ensuring the standard of clean is maintained
Follow direction from the Housekeeping and Hotel & Apartments Managers for daily tasks, including unexpected situations that may arise
Assist with snow clearing when required
Work strongly within a team
We're Looking for People with:
Prior cleaning and/or housekeeping experience - preferred
Basic English – required
Demonstrated ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
Previous BSL (Buller Ski Lifts), Mt Buller or Ski Resort employment – preferred
Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal to no supervision
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy amount of weight
Able to stand for long periods of time in excess of 4 hours without sitting
Strong physical abilities for walking around the resort to the various apartments with lots of inclined areas and stairs, sometimes in poor weather conditions
Honest, trustworthy and reliable
Be flexible, punctual and committed to your work schedule – early starting/late finishing shifts
Making the most of challenging or unfamiliar environment,



including the ability to act with urgency and respond positively to situations
Resilience to work and reside in isolating conditions
