Your Role Will Involve:
Personal care (showering, dressing, medication support)
Daily living assistance (meal preparation, shopping, domestic tasks)
Community access (appointments, social outings, transport)
Capacity building (goal setting and progress)
Working a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and sleepover shifts accross various locations.
Implementing and following care plans – including mealtime management, behaviour support, and chronic health needs




Documenting accurate case notes and building respectful, professional relationships
Supporting participants to build their skills, confidence, and capacity
Providing high-quality support to participants in the community and/or a Supported Independent Living (SIL) workplace.

High attention to detail with documentation, case notes, following care plans and completing WHS tasks.
Skills and Requirements:
Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or similar – highly regarded (desirable)
Current First Aid & CPR
WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver's licence and roadworthy, comprehensive insured, accessible vehicle
Ability to work across the Central Coast over a variety of shift times, days and hours.
Experience with complex needs, behaviour support, and health plans (desirable)
