About The Opportunity
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and optimising all warehouse operations to ensure the accurate, safe, and timely receipt, storage, inventory management, and despatch of our battery products.
This role is essential in maintaining high service levels for our customers and distributors while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Oversee stock levels and ensure accurate inward goods processing.
Unload shipping containers safely and efficiently as required.
Carry out forklift battery assembly, servicing, maintenance, and repair.
Uphold warehouse organisation,



cleanliness, and safety standards.
Coordinate customer deliveries and manage logistics scheduling.
Manage inbound phone calls and handle customer enquiries professionally.
Deliver outstanding customer service and provide ongoing support to customers.
About You
2+ years of warehouse, workshop, and operational experience.
Experience with stock control, inventory, and goods receipting.
Experience loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers.
Customer service experience handling enquiries and orders.
Logistics experience scheduling deliveries and liaising with customers.
Mechanical or trade experience with strong safety awareness.
Must have a forklift license and a driver's license.
