We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on the Sunshine Coast (part-time, on-site).
What the role does:
Assess, diagnose and support clients with speech, language, communication and swallowing difficulties.
Develop personalised therapy plans based on each client's goals, needs and functional capacity.
Work collaboratively with families, carers, support workers, allied health professionals and medical teams.
Provide education, strategies and recommendations to help clients communicate more confidently in daily life.
Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as required.




Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes and reports.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
Current Speech Pathology Australia registration or eligibility.
Experience supporting clients with disability, communication needs or swallowing difficulties.
Robust communication, report writing and stakeholder relationship skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
A person-centred approach and commitment to improving client outcomes.
