We have multiple opportunities available within our growing Allied Health team, supporting older people to achieve their goals, maintain independence and live well in their community.
Based from ourProspect clinic or Christies Beach office, these roles offer a adaptable mixed caseload across in-clinic and in-home services.
We welcome applications from bothfull-time and part-time candidates.
You will be part of a supportive clinical team with a strong focus on quality care, continuous improvement and professional development.
Whether you are an experienced clinician or a new graduate, we provide the support, mentoring and development opportunities to help you thrive.
In your role, you will:
Delivera variety of individual and group allied health services that support clients' goals, independence, mobility, strength and wellbeing.
Participatein monthly multidisciplinary team meetings to share ideas, review practice and contribute to service improvement.
Mentoruniversity students, where appropriate, for experienced clinicians.
Contributeto broader organisational initiatives, including our Beyond Carbon Neutral and Staff Wellbeing committees.
Growyour career through our CPD program, including an external CPD allowance, mentoring programs and leadership training pathways.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with older people and supporting them to remain active, independent and connected to their community.
The successful candidate(s) will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist, or current ESSA accreditation/registration as an Exercise Physiologist
A genuine interest in community-based aged care
Experience working in aged care or community services, or a willingness to learn
A full driver's licence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and time management skills
A commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing professional development
