ISS Facility Services is looking for an experienced and detail-orientedCleaning Team Leaderto join our team in aFull-Timerole inTuncurryNSW.
This role will support our frontline team to ensure smooth daily operations and site maintenance of the school, developing and facilitating quality control measures and supporting a team and ensuring conditions are met.
As well as to undertake general administrative tasks, this role includes the tracking of cleaning work end-to-end through in-house system.

The Position:
Responsible for leading a team of 10+
Assisting management and support the cleaning team
Making deliveries
Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality Control and service rotations
Review stock levels and complete the orders
Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

Minimum Criteria:
Must have (or be willing to obtain) aNSW Police clearance, within 3 months of issue
Must have (or be willing to obtain) aNSW Working with Children Check
Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial
Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high-level cleaning with an eye for detail
Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
Professional presentation and customer service
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
