About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our Creative Agency team based in West Gosford on the NSW Central Coast in a permanent full-time capacity.
From concept and creative development to finished art, print production and digital asset creation, the role is focused on delivering brand impact through the implementation of high-quality, value-driven graphic design solutions across all channels.
Reporting to the Head of Creative Agency,
you will be responsible for collaborating with the Creative Account Managers, Content Creators and other internal and external stakeholders to produce high quality collateral across both print and digital channels.
From brochures, packaging and promotional material to social media graphics, web content and EDMs, you'll contribute to a wide variety of assets that support business-wide campaigns.
You'll also play a key role in rolling out integrated marketing campaigns—delivering cohesive design solutions that ensure a consistent brand experience across every touchpoint.
With a variety of large-scale design projects and campaign-based work, this role will suit a Graphic Design expert who can manage deadlines while contributing to a creative, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate technical information into engaging, user-friendly, and accessible visual communication for a range of audiences
Manage design projects from brief to completion, ensuring consistency across campaigns and platforms
Support the execution of marketing campaigns through the development and rollout of cohesive branded assets
Design, layout and production of all graphics used for:
Print Marketing
Web and EDM Marketing
Social Media Content
Promotional Material
Internal Communications
Update of website and intranet assets
Maintain and develop branded templates across formats to support internal and external communications
Act as a key liaison with print suppliers, third-party design partners, event and retail partners, and internal stakeholders
Image retouching and preparation for both print and digital use
Cataloguing of finalised artwork and managing creative assets in an organised and accessible way
About You
To succeed in this role you will showcase the following qualifications and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or equivalent
Previous experience working on multi-channel marketing campaigns and rolling out cohesive creative assets across print and digital
Strong interest in broader communications outputs and contributing to team strategy, supporting the Marketing team with day-to-day activities as required
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat); Figma experience highly regarded.
Positive and fun personality with an enthusiastic approach to work
Strong attention to detail
Well-developed organisational skills, flexibility, and openness to constructive feedback
Ability to work under pressure and excellent time management skills
Highly motivated and able to get things done with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn what you don't already know
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
