Peterswald are seeking a highly attentive and enthusiastic new team member to join our administration team on a full time basis.
Working within the multi-award-winning agency this role is crucial in both maintaining the company's standards and exceeding our clients' expectations.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a high level of attention to data accuracy, impeccable organisational skills and ready to utilise their skills and experience to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of sales contract processing through to settlement
Produce and email correspondence
Manage and maintain data in various spreadsheets
Assist with finance related tasks
Manage and maintain digital mailboxes
External reporting as required
Provide supervision and support to the administration team
Provide administrative support across a range of HR functions including assistance with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, staff contracts, staff reviews, learning and development.
Maintain internal HR files
Provide support to our CFO/Office Manager.
Ideally, you will have the following attributes
Certificate 3 in Business or similar; or relevant experience deemed equivalent to perform the requirements of this position
Detail orientated with exceptional data accuracy, able to ensure all data is correct in all areas of work.
You will be able to communicate accounting / financial concepts in a clear manner.
Strong computer skills, advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel is essential and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to understand of awards and legislations
Ability to work independently and take direction as required
Well developed interpersonal skills to establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to 'think on your feet' and work independently in the absence of specific instruction
Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a deadline driven setting
Ability to appropriately deal with sensitive and highly confidential information with a high level of tact, discretion and judgement.
