Job Position:Public Areas Attendant
Employment Type:Casual or Part time
Hours Available Per Week:Monday - Friday 09:*******:00
On-site training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant.
Duties include:
Ensure the appearance of the property and its grounds are of the highest standard.
Carry out various cleaning duties in all internal and external public areas of the property, achieving established standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitisation and presentation.
Ensuring cleanliness of all internal and external public areas as well as sanitisation and stock levels.
Report common property maintenance requirements, as identified.
Public Areas refers to, but is not limited to, BBQs, pools, offices, stairwells, carparks, and shared bathroom facilities.
All applicants should have the following characteristics and skills:
Ability to work the available hours listed in this advertisement.
Previous housekeeping/facilities cleaning experience advantageous.
Exceptional understanding and practice of safe manual handling, chemical handling, and hazard identification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




A team advocate, willing to help others.
Confidence to work alone and as part of a team.
Punctual, efficient and courteous at all times with clients, guests and fellow staff.
This is a physically demanding role that requires an energetic and enthusiastic person who is ready and willing to work as part of our team.
