Working from the Wollongong branch, the successful applicant will need to possess the following:

·Sales Success: Drive residential sales across all customer segments, consistently working to meet and exceed budget targets.
·Smart Cost Control: Maintain lean and efficient operations by managing costs strategically, without compromising on quality or performance.
·Customer Satisfaction (DIFOT): Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering in full and on time—every time.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role—ideally in trade, manufacturing, or building supply.
• Have a proven ability to lead teams effectively, manage budgets responsibly, and consistently deliver strong results.
• Maintain a solid customer focus and take pride in my ability to solve problems efficiently and thoughtfully.
• Excellent communicator with a hands-on, can-do attitude that drives action and fosters collaboration.
