About CAAMA
Central Australian Aboriginal Media Association(CAAMA) is Australia's first licenced Aboriginal broadcaster and one of the country's most respected Indigenous organisations.
Based in Mparntwe(Alice Springs),CAAMAhas spent almost five decades amplifying Aboriginal voices through award-winning radio, digital media and community storytelling.

About the Opportunity
CAAMA is looking for afull-time Operations Coordinatorbased inMparntwe (Alice Springs), NT.
Reporting to the CEO, you'll coordinate operational activities across the organisation, working closely with external finance, governance and HR providers while supporting projects, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinating day-to-day operational activities across multiple teams
Supporting organisational workflows and project implementation
Liaising with external finance, governance and HR providers
Coordinating contractors, purchasing and operational administration
Tracking compliance, contracts, policies and organisational reporting
Supporting grant administration, acquittals and project delivery
Maintaining organisational systems, records and action registers
Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
Supporting workforce coordination and organisational development activities.
About You
To qualify, you'll ideally have experience inoperations coordination, administration, project coordination or organisational support, together with5–8 years' relevant professional experience.
You'll also bring:
Excellent organisational and workflow management skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
Experience coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously
High attention to detail
Confidence working independently with minimal supervision
Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills

Aboriginal organisations
Not-for-profit organisations
Community media
Governance or compliance
Grants administration
Project coordination
Continuous improvement initiatives
