We're seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Early Childhood Teacherto join our team atBusy Bees at Busy Bees at O'Connor, on a full time basis.
You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.
What you'll do
Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's development
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation
What you'll bring
A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
Minimum of 12 months experience leading a Kindergarten room
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration forWAor ability to obtain




Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded
Current- Working with Children CheckforWA.
