Kings Beach Surf Club is seeking an experienced and motivatedSous Chefto join our kitchen team on afull-time basis.
About the Role:
Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Assist with menu preparation, service, and food presentation
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff
Contribute to menu development and specials
About You:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and workplace health & safety standards
Versatile availability, including weekends and evenings
