Marketing Administration Assistant (Part-Time)

We're looking for aMarketing Administration Assistantto join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, loves working behind the scenes, and wants exposure to branding, digital marketing, SEO, content creation and project coordination.
This is asupport role, not a management position.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Sales Team and offshore support team to ensure marketing projects, product information and systems remain organised, accurate and delivered on time.
About the Role
As our Marketing Administration Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our marketing function.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Maintaining and updating marketing systems and databases
· Coordinating marketing projects and ensuring deadlines are met
· Updating product information and marketing collateral
· Assisting with website updates (WordPress)
· Creating and editing content using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
· Assisting with basic video editing
· Supporting digital marketing and SEO activities
· Working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
· Ensuring marketing materials remain accurate, professional and aligned with our brand
· Providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager and wider team
About You
You'll be someone who:
· Is highly organised and enjoys administration

· Can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
· Has strong written communication skills
· Enjoys working within established systems and processes
· Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work

· Is positive, reliable and eager to contribute
Skills & Experience
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
· Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
· Basic video editing skills
· Experience updating WordPress websites
· Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot (desirable)
· A basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing (advantageous but not essential)
· Previous administration or marketing support experience
