Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel, taking messages, and addressing general inquiries.
Making Service Bookings/Allocating Loan Vehicles and organising Customer Transport/Special Requests.
Manage website enquiries and provide response.
Provide a warm welcome to our valued customers.
Perform accurate data entry tasks.
Support various administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Dealership and Pentana ERA experience highly regarded
Exceptional customer service skills,



both in-person and over the phone.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and computer proficiency.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Demonstrated punctuality and effective time management skills.
This is a full-time position.
