About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focusedCasual Sales Assistantto join our team atMichael Kors Harbour Town.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the Michael Kors brand to life by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
Create meaningful connections with customers and maximise every sales opportunity
Deliver outstanding customer service through expert styling advice and product knowledge
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards that showcase the luxury Michael Kors experience




Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage customer loyalty
Assist with stock replenishment and maintain a well-presented store environment
Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
About You
You are passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and creating memorable customer experiences.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building genuine relationships with customers.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in retail, ideally within fashion, luxury, or premium retail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
Mandarin language skills are highly regarded but not essential
Be able to work a adaptable roster, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
