Mount Compass Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team on apart-time or full-time basis.
You'll be part of an experienced, supportive team where patient care is personal and long-term relationships are at the heart of what we do.
We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with patients and values flexibility in their working week.
The Opportunity
This role offers flexible hours, negotiable to suit the right candidate, with weekday availability and a flexible weekend roster.
The role is primarily based at Mount Compass Pharmacy, with occasional support across nearby locations when required.
We offer$53 – $60 per hour,depending on experience (negotiable).
You'll have the opportunity to provide quality healthcare services while working in a friendly and collaborative environment.
About You
We are looking for a registered pharmacist with current AHPRA registration who:
Provides safe, compassionate,



and patient-focused care
Is confident with vaccinations, MedsChecks, and core community pharmacy services
Enjoys building long-term patient relationships in a community setting
Works well in a supportive, team-based environment
Is reliable, approachable, and committed to professional standards
