Our Co-Educator support lead teachers in the classroom and provide support, motivation, care and direction to empower our young people to get the most out of their schooling.

You will collaborate with passionate colleagues to inspire and support students as they explore the possibilities of senior school in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Support students to engage in the classroom and build resilience, confidence and skills.
Support Lead Teachers in maintaining a respectful, positive and cohesive learning environment
Contribute skill and experience with working with students with diverse learning needs within the classroom




Contribute to the development of interdisciplinary and creative learning experiences alongside other educators in and out of the classroom.
Essential Applicant Qualities:
We are looking for a motivated educator who:
Holds relevant classroom experience and qualifications (such as a diploma/certificate IV Education Assistant) and maintains a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
Has experience working with diversity in asenior secondarysetting.
Is passionate about creative and project-based learning in a collegial team environment.
Thrives in a collaborative environment where student and staff voices are valued.
Desirable:
Qualifications (or equivalent teaching/support experience) in Mathematics or English would be highly regarded.
Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia approach or experience working in a social constructivist educational environment.
Experience in interdisciplinary curriculum design or facilitating community-based projects.
